...A Life Coach, photographer, writer, and artist based in Kolkata. After serving as a Human Resource Business Partner for thirteen years, I decided to quit my job in 2018. I strongly felt that there was more to my life than how I was living it. The next phase was the beginning of my transformation. My inclination towards spirituality kept me going in my quest to find out who I truly am. I decided to follow my passions, so I started freelancing as a writer and photographer. In 2019, I happened to come across Transformational Life Coaching. This became the biggest turning point in my life. I realized the time was right for taking my interest in Human Psychology and potential even further. Following my curiosity, I began my journey of learning and took up a number of courses. Under the guidance of celebrity coach Arfeen Khan, I became a Certified Life Coach. I am also trained in NLP, and am a Certified Meditation Guide.
Currently I coach my clients by taking them through a 10-week life coaching program that provides them the processes and strategies to prepare them to create positive changes in their life. I am passionate about devising customized coaching plans based on client needs. It gives me a deep sense of fulfillment to be serving my purpose of helping people understand themselves to lead a life of success and happiness.
As a photographer, I specialize in travel, streets, and nature. I am the author of the popular web blog series "Trisha's Anecdotes". My writings are deeply connected to life and living - after all, life's all about learning, growing, and sharing experiences. My bIogs have also been published in Tripoto and WordPress.
